Events

• - We will be travaling on the following dates - 07 to 09 - 14 to 16 - 21 to 23 and month end 28 to 30 March 2025
•  -We will travel on the most scenic gravel roads and mountain passes.
•  -The route will start in Heidelberg Gauteng and make its way through to Sodwana Bay.
•  -It will be a 3 day, 2 night trip, approximately 670Km one way trip.
•  -We will set up camp halfway to Sodawana for the first night, the second night we will set up your tents in the Sodwana Bay Nature reserve.
•  -Please note this is a self drive trip to Sodwana, you must also bring all your own camping equipment and food.
•  -The route can be driven in a 4x4.  

Lets explore the Lowveld. 2 Nights - 3 Days and 1300km.

* We start by traveling to and over the Orrie Baragwanath pass, where we will spend the first night camping close to Leydsdorp. 

* On the second day, we will travel to the highest point in the Lowveld and camp the night at the big Baobab tree.

* On Day three we will travel down the Orrie Baragwanath pass back home.

- This route is suitable only for 4x4 vehicles.

- Please note: At some campsites, electricity and warm water may not be available.

 - This guided-only route is packed with history as we take you to visit famous Anglo-Boer War landmarks and lesser-known historic sites on private farms. Some of the landmarks include Allemansnek, Korenplaats and the Volksrust concentration camp. We visit forts, historical graves and caves where women and children used to hide during the war while listening to amazing true stories of survival in this harsh landscape during the war. Included on this route is a lunch stop at a Museum where traditional Boer meals will be served. After lunch, take a leisurely stroll through the museum to view the unique memorabilia and antiques collected over the years by the owner

Join us for a 3 Night  - wild camping in the rivers around Limpopo.

You can expect soft sand driving, a few rocks and awesome camp fires.
